Ordering
We reserve the right to change product specifications without prior notice.

Delivery, Shipping, and Packaging Costs
Deliveries are made only to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
You will receive an order confirmation from us. This confirmation only acknowledges receipt of the order via the eShop. If you do not receive a confirmation, the order process was likely not completed correctly. In such a case, please contact us directly by email or phone.

The fulfillment of the order depends on product availability. Orders are generally processed immediately, and available items are shipped within 3 to 4 business days. If this is not possible, we will inform you. The shipment may be split into multiple packages. Items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery times may vary. The following information serves as a guideline:

Returns
If an item is delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition, you may return it within 14 days.

Returns must be made within 14 days in the original undamaged packaging.

Shipping Damage
If the goods are damaged during shipping, please notify us by email or phone within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Claims for compensation due to incorrect images, texts, or prices, or for delayed deliveries, are excluded. Errors or slight modifications to the products are reserved.

Data Protection
We are committed to not selling your personal data to third parties. All personal data is treated confidentially. The data necessary for business transactions is stored.

The place of jurisdiction is 8180 Bülach (ZH), Switzerland.
